1. Eligibility: Applicants must be students currently residing and schooling in the African countries in our network. The first batch of which are Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, and Egypt. There are no age restrictions for participation.- Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information throughout the application process.
2. Application Process: To apply for the scholarship, applicants must complete the online application form provided on the Afriex Scholarship Program landing page. All applications must be submitted within the specified application period. Late submissions will not be considered.
3. Selection Process: Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the following criteria: financial need, academic merit, and the potential impact of the scholarship on their education.- The selection process will be conducted by a panel of qualified individuals appointed by Afriex. The decision of the selection panel is final and cannot be appealed.
4. Scholarship Amount: Each scholarship recipient will receive a minimum scholarship amount of $50. The scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the recipients using Afriex's money transfer services.
5. Feedback and Testimonials: Scholarship recipients may be requested to provide feedback on their experience with Afriex's money transfer services.- Afriex reserves the right to use the feedback and testimonials provided by scholarship recipients for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. Program Duration: The Afriex Scholarship Beta Testing Program has a specified duration, including application deadlines, selection periods, and disbursement timelines. These dates will be communicated to applicants during the application process.
7. Privacy and Data Protection: All personal information provided by applicants will be treated in accordance with Afriex's Privacy Policy.- Applicants' information will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating their eligibility for the scholarship and communicating with them regarding the program.
8. Modification and Termination: Afriex reserves the right to modify or terminate the Afriex Scholarship Beta Testing Program at any time without prior notice.- In the event of termination, Afriex will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by applicants or scholarship recipients.
9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Afriex operates.By submitting your application for the Afriex Scholarship Beta Testing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
